Everything you need to know about your trial and subscription

When will I be charged?

You won't be charged during your 7-day free trial. After the trial ends, your subscription will begin and you'll be charged monthly. You can manage your subscription from your account settings at any time.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to your account settings and click "Cancel Subscription". Your access will continue until the end of your billing period. If you cancel during the trial, you won't be charged at all.

What happens after my trial ends?

If you don't cancel, your subscription will automatically start and you'll be charged $20/month (Basic) or $50/month (Pro). You'll continue to have full access to all features and your gang sheets will be saved.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

You can manage your subscription anytime by contacting our support team at [email protected]. We're happy to help you upgrade, downgrade, or make changes to your plan.

What file formats can I upload?

Kiwi Suite supports PNG, JPG, JPEG, PDF, and other common image formats. We recommend using high-resolution images (300 DPI or higher) for the best print quality. Maximum file size is 50MB per image.

Can I export my gang sheets to PDF?

Currently, you can export your finished gang sheets as high-resolution PNG files ready for printing. All exports maintain 300 DPI quality for professional DTF printing. PDF export is coming soon!

Do you save my gang sheet projects?

Yes! All your gang sheet projects are automatically saved to your account. You can access them anytime, edit them, duplicate them, or create new versions. Your projects are stored securely in the cloud.

What's the difference between Basic and Pro plans?

Basic ($20/month): Perfect for small DTF shops. Build unlimited gang sheets up to 22" × 24", save up to 50 projects, and export high-resolution files.

Pro ($50/month): For high-volume operations. Everything in Basic plus larger sheet sizes (up to 24" × 100"), unlimited saved projects, priority support, and advanced features like batch processing.
